A 46-year-old Pakistani man will appear in West Kowloon Magistrates’ Court on April 7 after police arrested and charged him with one count of loitering outside a kindergarten in Mong Kok on Wednesday morning.
Staff from Heep Hong Society Healthy Kids Nursery School at Hoi Yan House in Hoi Fu Court, Mong Kok, saw the man at 11am on Wednesday, Apple Daily reported. Police were called.
At 5pm, police arrested the man at a trash station near the school.
A preliminary police investigation shows that the defendant is a torture claimant permitted to remain in Hong Kong.
