A Filipino woman in Iligan City in the south of the Philippines has been arrested for allegedly selling videos of her children being sexually abused.

According to police, the Filipina, whose identity was withheld, took videos and pictures of her three children and her niece in order to make money. The Filipina reportedly sold the footage to foreigners that she met online, GMA News reported.

Police raided the Filipina’s home and arrested the suspect on Friday morning. Police recovered the mobile phone that the suspect used to film the child porn and remittance receipts that showed transactions between the suspect and her foreign customers.

The children are now under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. It was reported that the youngest victim is 11-months-old.

Last month, an American man was arrested in Pampanga for distributing child pornography online. The man set up a photography shop business, which became his legal cover to continue the production and distribution of child porn material online.
